Depends. You can call it differently but the idea of engraving hatred via pseudo patriotism and hatred toward other nation/country in minds of kids who have no idea that's this all about is still there.

There's a difference between nationalist propaganda and youth paramilitary. The video linked by the OP is a (mediocre) version of the former, not the latter. Silly hyperbole is silly.

With all this said, I think it's pretty clear that there is nothing wrong with "hitlerjugend". Every country has paramilitary youth organizations, one way or another. It's not that uncommon.
