Tier 12 Mage belt (HC) - where does it drop?

similar thread to the other one I made - same issue I think blizzard hasn't made a t12 hc belt can it be? Any good look a like ideas? it's a purple set so kinda crucial color :x

Its possible, but I remember a TON of cloth gear from Firelands.

There's a lot of sets in the game that used to come missing a piece - the T11HC and T12HC sets for mages both have that problem. It wasn't until T13 that Blizzard committed to having full sets of matching art for every set in every tier.
