Zen Sphere Weak Auras

Hi all,

Looking for a way to track Zen Sphere more effectively so I don't lose track of its buff duration on me and on another person in the raid.

Any ideas?

Not necessarily. I have a Mouse Over Macro for it so that I can choose who to throw it on whenever possible.

I actually have two weak auras going, one to track if the Zen Sphere buff is on me or not, and one for whenever the spell comes off cooldown and I already have the Zen Sphere buff still, but want to put it on someone else.

I'm not sure why a weak aura is needed, Use the spell on CD(obv lower priority than fof/rsk/energycap) with 2 different pets and just rotate it on CD. a mouseover macro is all that's needed imo (and pet raid frames enabled lool)

I played quite a bit with ZS this morning and basically came to the same solution. Two auras (one on top of the other) - one is active if there is no buff on me (which means press this asap) and the other is for the CD - gets the job done. I combined this with a focus macro (didn't quite like mouseover) and did some testing on the garrison dummies. ZS on me and on the healing dummy on CD (it detonates immediately because the tanking dummy hits it but no matter) - yes, this hits two targets and it's not really fair but it gave me a healthy 1.5k dps boost. I'm generally happy with the spell and it's not that more complex. I generally dislike Chi Burst's cast so I'll use ZS both on ST and for AOE. However there are some issues when you combine it with SEF which will hinder its effectiveness. Your clones obviously don't cast it on other people so instead of 40/65% damage increase you get less. Also your clone's sphere is unlikely to detonate (due to <35%) since they are either at full hp or dead, so if yours detonates and you recast it they will also recast theirs and you lose on the expiration detonation. Another problem is that if you recast it before it has expired the buff doesn't go to 16 but is apparently pandemic and goes to 20 secs max which is lame cause mistakes happen.

I suspect I'm just being dumb, but are you putting the name of the focus target in for @focus, and yours for @player?

No need. The focus line will target whomever you have set as your focus target. The player line will target you.

I really dont know why but all macros posted here and in Zen Sphere thread doesn't work for me.. It just keep refreshing Zen Sphere on me. Mouseover/focus/modifier focus/ name target.. All of them. Can someone got solution? I got zen sphere macro binded in mouse roll up
