You are not alone... I too am on my 7 or 8th year of farming -running the same boss on EVERY eligible toon in the vain hopes that this year the gods of RNG will favour me with the mount. Let's form a support group.

Hi, I'm Maulis425 and I have been farming the Headless Horseman since 2007. I look forward to October every year in hopes that this will FINALLY be the year it drops. I think about it in February, I dream of it in July, I level as many 100's so I can have many chances at it as possible. Sometimes I cry myself to sleep at night, in the hopes the HH will comfort me.

Consider they buffed brew mounts droprate like crazy id expect them to do the same with this mount..

I got super lucky and got in on that 3 day window 5 or 6 years back when the drop rate was massively buffed by mistake. Got it on 3 toons in the same day ^_^.

The helm however... Have done it on my warrior every year the maximum number of tries and still have yet to get it!

Killing the stupid horseman with 12 characters every day. Minus tanks and healers, 15 minutes queue means I waste over two hours per day sitting in queue.

I hate world events.

Just got mine today after 3 years on 2-9 alts. Was running 3 tanks this year (only 100s). Now to farm up more 100s for Love Rocket and I'll be happy.

New guy in our guild does HH run for the first time, gets the mount.

Got it back in the WotlK Prepatch. Never seen it since drop as far as I remember.

But hey, still waiting for that Love Rocket.

I got mine last year, and immediately stopped all runs unless it was to help my girlfriend.

Now I'm offering my tanking services this year to friends to ensure they get their daily queue without waiting too long.

(Got my Mim's Head and Invincible in the last month or so as well; don't give up hope people!)

I feel for all whom still have not caught the reins of the mount. I got mine last year, needed to ask for help to make it easier. After 127 kills, it finally dropped. Had to use all my available characters who could run it (Back then, it was about 30 characters. Before last year, I had farmed the mount since it was added to the event. Still missing the Love Rocket till this day.

Good luck everyone! I have the mount for quite a while now, but not with my main back when mounts have been character specific. I was relieved, when mounts have become account-wide. Now, I hope that we get one more chance at the love rocket before the next level cap hits. ^^;
