Help building two affordable (and upgradable) PCs.

So, the GF and I are looking to both get new PCs. We don't play anything super demanding, just WoW, heroes, Wildstar, maybe some random other games. I'm trying to figure out a way to build decent PCs for those games while also retaining the ability to upgrade them gradually to be able to handle a bit more.

First, I guess I need to know where the best website would be do accomplish such a goal?
