Need suggestions on cpu for streaming

Hi guys i want to build a pc that is capable of playing world of warcraft with good frame rates and is capable of streaming it to twitch. Im on a bit of a budget here so dont need the best. Im not quite sure what cpu would be suitable. Any advice would be helpful thanks.

What is the budget? Ideally, you want an i5 CPU. You could get a G3258 and use Nvidia ShadowPlay to stream smoothly, but G3258 is junk.

Well, you could buy a 6600K, but I don't know what's your budget.

The 6600k is £192 on Amazon. But that's just the CPU alone.

    The i5 4460 is £145.

The motherboard is just another £65 more for the 4460.
