Anyone know if this has been nerfed for us? Seems to not be proccing at all at the moment. 1 proc on an entire Guarm fight: 4mins 30 seconds.

I never got it, but I was sure trying. It really was broken and deserved to be nerfed. Not that I wouldn't have loved playing with it.

God I hope so. Really tired of getting beat by the 2 hunters in my group that have it even though I'm better geared everywhere else. Really irritating to be better geared and play fine and get beat by someone because of a 1 trinket and a proper legendary.

think it's been nerfed just for us. not for the ranged/casters i noticed it proccing waaaay less for me as well, but hunters have the same dmg from it

It's certainly not nerfed in terms of damage, mage friend got it yesterday and i was simply astounded by the aoe dmg it does. Competing for top damaging ability on Mythic+ trash pulls, shame if it's nerfed for ret.

I've not yet the Nightbane's chest that boost its damage, but yesterday on Myth Cenarius was from 1 to 4% of total damage, too random for my tastes, tonight i'll use Odin's Chains of the Valorous instead.

It's been nerfed for melee only. Over on the hunter forums one user did a 30 minute dummy test and i believe it procced like 58 times or something

multiple ferals/guardians/enhance and rets have talked about less procs. seems like too many instances to be called "just rng". i know that mine has seen less procs in the last few days.

It got its procrate nerfed for melee specifically.

When you say “nerfed for melee”, I assume you mean it is nerfed for classes that are generally described as melee? I ask that way because prot pallies are decidedly non-melee lol. We have almost no attacks (other than auto) where we walk up and hit something. We throw our hammers and throw our shields and call upon the light… But walk up and hit something? Only ones I can think of are HoJ and SotR.

There is no need. Just get FCM from mythic+ and the one from the last boss is karazhan the name escapes me.

If youre lucky you can get a good stat stick from odyn aswell.

This is my post on the same topic on the hunter forums since there is a longer debate weather it got nerfed or not there.
Apparently it only got stealth nerfed for melee.

Simcraft puts kara chest (875)+ ruby (860) as highest dps for me. However, I think thats pre-nerf. I now switched back to my regular chest (885)+ memento (880)

Any Ret pally or Enhac shamans using the trinket here? (I am Ret myself)

2 days ago we cleared EN Mythic and the trinket was doing between 1.8%-2.5% on bosses.
Keep in mind that I do have the Kara chest as well.

In M+ dungeons the proc counts for about 3%-4% on my dmg. All in all this is too low compared to what I hear from other players.

From what I can tell only melees got affected. I could be wrong so I like to hear more from Ret/Enhac players.
