Fortress Sieges and LFR on Test on PTS

Doubt we'll get these this side of Christmas but Fortress Sieges and LFR (Looking For Raid) are both up and running on the PTS (Public Test Shard)

Hey Folks! I wanted to let you guys know a little bit about how this will trigger. Basically it will try to run every 4~ hours ish. If there are 10 people in the zone when it checks, and no other ZEs running, it will fire. If there is one running, it will fire shortly after that one completes

There's a planned test run on Monday the 19th at ~10pm GMT so should be interesting to see the changes.

No idea to be honest, will hopefully start getting some info out this week as they should be back at work, first thing we can expect is a Producer's Letter telling us exactly what's ahead for the next few months, again, no idea on time frame for this.

4.1 will have to be a very good, meaty Update to quell the restless natives.

You mean the people pissed off with the expansion that launched with barely any content, buggy as hell and ended up with people demanding refunds and a bunch of forum posts that were very critical of the game? Let's not forget some of the most mind numbingly boring content ever. 3 dungeons that aren't even hard or in any way "expert", Instanced Rifts which are literally run from point A to B and maybe kill a big boss that takes 0 effort, PvP which people have been losing their shit over, Planar Fragments which is a shittier RNG system than Legion and dailies.

You are right in one thing and that is 4.1 will have to be good. Because 4.0 was utter trash. And content that they advertised on the site is only just making an appearance on the PTS a month later? Hilarious.

Wow, just went and read it, and there are very very few questions so far and Brasse saying "If your questions are chosen." So apparently it's not only so they can prepare their answers, but so they can only answer the questions they feel like answering and ignore anything they don't want to talk about.

Yep. It's why I don't watch them anymore. I mean their Q&A so upto them what they answer but Trion would do well to answer some critique questions.

Agreed. The questions they avoid can be almost as telling, and sometimes moreso, than the questions they answer. Sadly I don't think Dulfy does anything for Rift anymore, but hopefully someone else will put together a written recap of the Q&A on the reddit or forums or something, because I'm interested in it but nowhere near enough to actually watch the livestream.

Literally the most meh stream I have ever watched, I dont mind that lady so much because at least she tries to be entertaining, but the other people on stream always seem so disinterested with what is going on.

Also cant way Fortress sieges looked too impressive, same with what little was shown of the raid, the colors are really gloomy and depressing.

So to me, two of the last chances for SFP to be at least decent were thrown out with this stream.

Biggest thing was the karma system, I guess in lfr people can like upvote/downvote you and that will give the character a karma rating, which will have benefits or. Idk, anti benefits. People were finding a lot of issues with it that the devs were arguing against.

My definition may be a bit muddy because I wasnt giving 100% attention
