Unholy Blight - changed?

I've read the patch notes, and there says the change to UB will be the 20% damage of DC etc, etc.

But on the talent calc, the ToT talent has been added, but UB remains the same. Any reason?

Was the UB change taken back?

It's still changed. The talent calcs are wrong alot, I wouldn't put too much emphasis on them for changes. Better to actually go on the PTR instead.
