Pretty sure you can do something like:

/cast [target=<your name here>] dispell

Although to concur with your thread title, I wouldn't mind finding marco either. What a mysterious gentleman.

Alt+Keybind usually does this (default setting)
Or get decursive (just hit the right rectangle with the right mouse button, no targetting involved)

There's an easy one where you hold "Alt" or whatever your Self-Cast modifier is. And I can't think of one where even a shadow priest would want to avoid casting it on a friendly if the healers were busting their asses off on other things. But I digress.

/cast [@player] Dispel Magic

This would be one that only targets yourself. If you're doing zero offensive dispelling (purging) and running with raid frames, I'd suggest something like this:

/cast [@mouseover, help, nodead, exists][@player] Dispel Magic

This one covers your mouseover target so long as it's friendly, or else it covers yourself. Or the final suggestion:

/cast [nomod:alt, @mouseover, help, nodead, exists][mod:alt, @player][@player] Dispel Magic

This ignores which target you're mousing over anyways if you hold down the mod key, while not restricting your ability to raid-dispel in a pinch if you ever have to (a great asset). That mod key can of course be replaced by Shift, Control, pretty much anything.
