If you've played a rogue and dueled an actual GOOD UA Lock (which I doubt any of you have) you'd know that the lock comes out on top. always.

destro is beatable I think, just gotta be able to do some pro rogue shit like vanish DC/Shadowfury. can't exactly do that if you got a full rack of dots up agaisnt UA unless you have 4 MS.

only class it really can't is probably frost or arcane mage because of mage armor, and the mage has to be really really good
