2nd trinket for RP and RMP arenas

its kinda old but my question is what fellow raiding rogues use in their second trinket slot?

iam playing as gnome (mutilate) so my 1st trinket is Medallion of Alliance 264 version, also i have normal mode Deat Verdict but we are farming heroic Saurfang and soon i ll be able to put my hands on a trinket from him. In terms of my arena brackets - is this trinket good or should i use something else. Battle masters for example?

Taking BiS trinket thats complete shit for your PvE spec because it'll help you PvP? Nice.

That makes sense, most people see "ooh 30 second buff, MUST HAVE A 45 SEC ICD SO IZ OP" and take it even though it's fucking trash for them (I.E. Ret pallys, Enh shamans, mut rogues and the like).

DBW, should you happen to get one would be the best trinket to have for pvp. But as the person above me said, you should just go human and use them both if you care that much about pvp. And believe me, there is a BIG difference when you have a passive pvp trinket.

cbw is far and away the best combat trinket in the game.

However, personally I feel DV to be superiour to dbw.

DV or battlemasters imo. +5k hp is pretty clutch when they try hard switches, and ive always prefered on use trinkets rather than lol RNG

thing is: dv and dbw have insanely high procc chances, so there is very little rng involved. that thing will procc in the opener.
and the 5k hp are overrated for one reason: cannot be used while stunnend and, at least for me, almost all my gib deaths have come from stuns.

You TOO have died in a charge stun in 5's?

If I had either of those trinkets, or Whispering Fanged Skull, I'd probably use them. As is, I stick with my Battlemaster's, since an ArP proc from NES isn't exactly great for 44/2/25.

What do you folks think about DBW, and Tiny Abom for pvp trinkets in arena, as combat specd, also using Black bruise, and Lung breaker, or stick to Bloodvenom blade, Scourgeborn war ace combo??? any opinions would be greatly appreciated

played about 150 games today in 3s. first 50 games i used heroic DBW and i must say that the ap proc makes things a lot easier but! it has a bit poor proc chance over all. its like never procs when we are making our first push and some times procs right after the target is dead. nice thing it can proc from sap also.

second 100 games i switched back to DV - more stable and reliable proc and passive ap is nice also. so for now ill stick with DV for arenas.

Get skeleton coroded key....

For arena (3s and 5s) the stam is always welcomed + the shield allows for more flexibility on you vanish

Especially as a rogue you NEED the offensive pressure.

and 150 games in a day? assuming 3 minutes a game you'd have played arenas for 450 minutes. That's about 7.5 hours of arenas, if youplayed very fast games.

Aprt from that, you're subjective report is very much wrong, DBW has a 50% chance on HIT to procc

yes kage u are right. i wasnt lying just did a mistake with my math, which sux. i think it was still about 4 hours of play. my point is - the only needed DBW proc is a tauren proc with ap. and as i mentioned - u are not able to time it right. on the other side DV procs really often from CS or KS, what gives a nice boost during ur main stun.

edit. just checked my armory - we played 77 games tonight. so first 20-25 fames i used DBW then switched to DV.

Black bruise has a medium ppm mechanic, so the uptime could be rather sketchy. On the other hand it does ignore some armor, so that's nice.

I think CQC would be better for a combat rogue in arena as opposed to HaS....any comments on that? i was thinking of coupling DBW and Tiny abom together for the 2010 arena tourny
