Cold Fusion - Aerie Peak EU is a relatively small lvl85 Alliance raiding guild that was formed almost a year ago and progressed through the ICC 10-man raiding content. We are now looking to expand our size with new members so that we may fill up multiple 10-man raiding teams and perhaps form the odd 25-man group. We have started progressing into the Cataclysm raids but require more members to make it work. We also have a number of people that take part in PVP rated BG's and Arena matches regularly. Cold Fusion is currently a level 15 guild.

So who are we looking for? Mature, Sensible people that are enjoyable to play with. We have some very seasoned veterans in the guild that have been playing since vanilla WoW. We do not tolerate wise-asses, ninja's or anybody that acts childishly or vulgarly - we are also not elitist; while there are a number of very well-geared and experienced people in the guild, we still respect each other as people because simply having played a game does not make you the master of life. We have a diverse group of people in the guild - girls, guys, moms, students; this all brings us to the two things that make Cold Fusion what it is: Respect and Tolerance. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and play fairly regularly. This is also not a leveling guild; only alts of 85 mains are allowed in the guild.

We raid twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays from 20:30 to 22:30 with achievement/fun runs on weekends. You are expected to join a raid if you sign up; we only raid on those 2 days so people with jobs, kids etc. are accommodated. However when we do raid we do it properly and on par with even the most hardcore guilds - our casual status comes from the amount of raiding we put in per week, not the quality.

Due to our main focus on raiding we will unfortunately not be accepting applications from anybody not at our current raiding level and will be enforcing the following requirements for all applications:

General restrictions:
- You must be level 85.
- Your average (equipped in MS) ilvl must be 350 or above.
- You must be willing to commit to raiding on both Mondays and Thursdays 20:30 - 22:30.
- Achievements in the Cataclysm raiding instances are not mandatory, but any experience will count in your favor.
- You must own a mic and be able to participate in voice chat.
- DBM and a suitable UI
- Your specified main (raiding) toon will be scrutinized on the armory; applicants with improper gear/gems/enchants will automatically be disqualified.

Bump.
We are currently still looking for raiders; we now have a mix of progression among our current raiders ranging from 0/12 to 8/12 so we want to get a solid raiding team together to get those achievements at a guild level. Once we have enough reliable people that are able to attend raid nights regularly we will progress quickly and begin our heroic progression as soon as possible.

We are now a level 22 guild and also have the Cauldron achievement.
Please note, that as stated above, we are a good guild and simply need more decent raiders - not people who think they can bum a free ride or people that want to come take over leadership with a know-it-all attitude.
