Gold totals farming trash?

To all the FL solo farmers out there, I'm curious as where others stand in terms of gold from farming FL trash. So far I've earned about 380k from items I've sold and I've got about 160k worth of items left to sell. Lately however, I've been bringing RL friends to my runs to just "help" by doing a little dps and I give them a fair cut (1 person with me gets half the cut, 2 everyone gets 1/3rd etc etc)

Would also be nice to hear how lucky you get in some runs and your avg time. :]

In the past 7 days, I've killed over 200 mobs farming alone. The only item I've gotten was the cloth dps boot pattern.. sold for 10k. I'm extremely disappointed in my luck for this trash.

I made about 300k I think. That was all I needed, and the RNG was starting to eat me! Sometimes I could find 4(!) from one run, and on the next 10 runs a fat zero epics. Sure it's still the best way to make gold in my opinion, so better to make use of it until these epics become obsolete

This whole trash farming is biggest fail ever from Blizz. If this happened in TBC or Vanilla the economy would go apeshit.

425k, solofarming first 2 days on my rogue (like 6 hours before droprate got nerfed, and 10 hours after it got nerfed), before the solofarm with the nonelites got nerfed.

Think I've only gotten 150k-200k from selling stuff. However, I've "used" 9/11 patterns and have almost fully (from available FL trash loot) equipped all 10 characters main specs and offspec and given a handful of other items to my guild. 59 epics in total and counting

Just tossed up a little poll to see how quick people solo a run. On 25 man, I'm averaging 9 minutes and I always hit instance cap at 5 runs which is when I head to the AH if I find anything.

With what kind of lockout do you run it and does 25 man got higher drop rates?

Drop rates in 25 man are the same as 10 man, there's just more mobs to kill. The lockout is 5 instances within 1 hour I believe whether it's a 5 man dungeon or a 25 man raid.

I usually run it with Shannonx dead (beth, lord R, and bale are usually dead too but I don't use their areas)

Aah okay and which packs do you kill i always do the scorpoin pack the 6 hellhounds pack and then the 3 little turtles pack.

All depends on your class. Fastest way imo is the Pyrelord packs. On 25 man, there's a total of 40 mobs and all you need is a class that can range AoE and run around 15% faster than normal speed to kite them in a giant circle. (Mages can just blink so they don't need run speed)

It's technically possible but will take forever unless you can get close enough to storm without getting hit with a DoT which will still take a while :[
