Will Work For Gear is a Mature 25man Alliance raiding guild on [US] Mannoroth – PVP formerly from [US] Black Dragonflight - PVP. Currently we are running 10man progression raids (6/7) until we have the sufficient talent to transition back into 25mans (3/7) again. We are looking to recruit quality players to our roster for current and future content. We are currently looking for a few more exceptional dps to add to our roster with high priority being a Rogue, Enhancement Shaman, Frost Deathknight, Unholy Deathknight, Warrior, and a Holy Pally.

Exceptional applicants outside of these classes/specs will be considered.

We raid Tuesday & Wednesday from 9:30pm to 1am server with a 3rd day being nailed down. We expect you to be prepared with proper enchants, best possible gear outside of raiding, proper talent spec, etc. Maintaining a positive attitude during progression and not standing in fire are absolute necessities.

For Cataclysm we went 1/13 heroic 25man. Our past progression consists of going 10/12 Heroic 25 Icecrown, as well as obtaining our 10 man drakes and “Bane of the Fallen King”.

Many of our roots go back to Vanilla and Beta players, with great knowledge of classes and game mechanics. Our loot distribution is in Loot Council form. Things such as attendance, performance and upgrades are all major factors. New recruits will experience a 3-raid week trial before receiving loot over main raiders.
