As I'm having a rather common last name (in my country), Johansen, you can "translate" the "-sen" part into either Mc or O' in Scottish, I believe. It then becomes either McJohan or O'Johan.
As for my first name... It's Bjørn-Cato. If you split it up, you get Bjørn and Cato. If you translate Bjørn into English, you get Bear. If you rearrange Cato, you get Taco.
In other words, I could be called Taco Bear O'Johan, or Taco Bear McJohan if I ever move to a English speaking country.

I worked at Lowes for a time, and our LP Manager was a very tall, jacked, and intimidating fellow whos loving parents named him Darth. This Lowes was in a particularly bad section of town, so at minimum weekly I would enjoy seeing Darth use his powers of the force to tackle and slam unsavory folks into the pavement.
I went to college with a girl named Penny Fish (short for Penelope). She used to sign her name with a 1 cent symbol and a fish.
Twin sisters in my son's class are Pagan and Reality.
In high school, there was a guy named Sam Tran. For those not from the San Francisco Bay Area, Sam Trans is the the San Mateo County Transit system, the busses and such. He sat next to Chris Co. Those names cracked me up.
My friend's grandfather was Dick Cox.
