He could have apprehended her without the taser, but I also understand why he did taser her. Yes, people have died from a taser but far less than people who have died from being shot by the police as they try to flee the scene.

This right here, sorry but I don't get all the sudden hate on Police. I mean don't get me wrong I hate being pulled over for the nuances I get pulled over for and I can be a dick sometimes, but guess what I'm not going to pull a knife or gun on someone. And Certainly am not going to run away, they are doing their jobs to support their families just as I am doing mine.

She shouldn't have been tased. True, if she didn't end up injured, no one would even notice she was arrested beyond her family & friends. But with handcuffs on there was a serious limit to the speed at which she could have moved.
