Buying lvl 90's

WoD most likely will require the others, but at the moment the only "other" one you have to buy is MoP. Vanilla-Cata is all in the starting 15 dollar box bundle now and most likely MoP will soon follow.

Ah ok. However reducing number of required expansions could also save some time installing it, haha. :P

Not like this hasn't been happening since forever. Have you seen how fast you level with RaF and heirlooms? You can easily be 80, now 85 in a matter of hours. This really does not change much. Stop turning this into a "Blizzard is going to ruin the game with this" because it's not.

Not having to drag myself through 89 levels that I have seen before (some upwards of 20 times) seems like a no brainer to me. My warrior would probably not still be my main if leveling wasn't such a pain in the ass.

I don't even remember how many times I convinced a friend to join me in wow just to have him quit before reaching the current expansion. Defend leveling all you like, it will burn new players out before the reach the "actual game". Blizzard can't want that.

I have all classes at 85+, and don't feel that anything is taken away from me at all. It's just leveling.

leveling is one of the most boring and painful things in this game, so I'm glad that this will be an option.

I'm in the boat where I have 12 characters all between the levels 85 and 90 so I won't be needing to buy a 90 and I won't even need to use the free 90 they give me!
As for if I like the idea of store bought 90s... I guess we're been gravitating towards this ever since RAF made it insanely easy to level anyways so why the hell not

This is absolutely needed. The games been out for 9 or so years. Every one knows the classes by now. + the 10 levels too 100. The grind from going 1-100 will be so immensely boring. There's no motivation left to level. Like I just cant do it without pvping. And that takes ages to level in battlegrounds.

So I 100% support this motion.

really, i don't think i'll be buying more than two. if that. i mean, the expac is gonna cost a lot, and a 90 just ain't worth that much. also, if i instant to 90, i'll miss out on the 12-14kg from leveling through pandaria. that would REALLY hurt me on my way through draenor.

but yeah, i totally think buying certain levels should be an option at this point. quite honestly, you're a fucking moron if you think people can't learn their new class from 90 to 100, and even if you bought your way to 100, you can still learn it there just as easily.

Well if leveling was still fun, rewarding & challenging like it used to be then perhaps leveling would still be a good experience... But the way the game is designed now, zones don't feel like a leveling experience, they just feel like a Singleplayer story & a fucking boring & poorly written one at that. I actually couldn't level a monk because it was just so meh.

When leveling reaches the point where it's more of an obstacle then an Adventure, that's when you start to think maybe instant-90 isn't such a bad idea?

Still I think it is wrong to implement it as a paid feature. Be creative Blizzard, think of some other way people can quickly access 90 whilst it still being fun rather then just another way to make money. I have a hunch that they won't do it though.

Why do everyone always go straight to "pay to win" when its stuff that has nothing to do with winning. You can't win by buying stuff that everyone have in a skill based game.

And poll is biased, I don't mind if they start selling it, but I probably won't buy any.

Well I got free 80's from all the dead accounts I used SoR on (3+) sooo that would be 3+ 90's right there if I so desired. Also if I ever want a new 90 all I have to do is make a new account and transfer it like it says in the OP's post. So for that reason no I don't have a problem with buying 90's.

I would never spend a dime on anything but sub and expansions but I kinda like it.. its better to milk them lazy baddies and lazies than make leveling too fast or worse, instant for free.

Have voted cool even if I don't need it (every class to 90, shaman and monk even twice and will use the free WoD 90 on an horde mage alt playing ally now).

Even if leveling is nice :
-It teach nothing (that's pure BS, just watch all these 90 baddies in LFR doing 15k dps leveling teach NOTHING)
-It's a massive barrier for new players with HL friends(I offered wow to my sister, but the leveling phase bored her even with me. She hear me talking about raids, about challenge mode, about arena. She don't want to farm boars)
-It is boring for a lot of people. Being an altolics it was freaking painfull to level alts after the 5th one (glad I have all classes maxed since WolK, easier to do just an expansion to the whole thing. And I thanks blizzard for the monk XP bonus )

I really can't see any reason not to sell 90's. Pandora's box is allready open with the free WoD 90 (aka people fearing for 90s baddies, it's allready too late). Selling more will only be for people wainting a few alts.

Being able to buy a high level character is always going to be a terrible idea because its a slippery slope. Why not let people skip levelling all together and buy level 100 characters? Or let them buy a set of entry level raiding gear so they can skip the dungeons/LFR? Or even let them buy full raiding gear so they can beat the final boss of the expansion?
