So which slot would be the better choice for the 2pc set bonus?

For pure single target you'll gain the best average output by using 4set+shoulders offpiece. As soon as there are any sort of cleave or AoE the 4set is no longer optimal, and you'll instead want to use 2set, with the head and gloves being your two tier pieces.
I'd say two, as SS is really not worth using on Malkorok, even if you get to BS the adds.
What about gems? Im seeing a lot of warriors gem pure crit. Even if the socket bonus is 120 str.

Does anyone know why EVERY guide for arms says to use Dragon Roar on a single target fight and yet the sim on the rankings for simcraft uses bladestorm?
I think most of these guides were written a long time ago with much worse gear in mind, Dragon Roar doesn't scale very well with gear. I'm not aware about other people but I only use Bladestorm on single target as a filler outside of CS and cancel it early for Mortal Strike, I know the Fury Warriors make more use of it.
Bladestorm can be handy for Iron Juggernaut as it stops you getting knocked back, but even that isn't really an issue if you position the boss right. It has been some time since I've tested Dragon Roar, I've had Bladestorm in my spec since last year, but I remember dropping it because it just didn't hit hard enough to really matter, and the more crit you get the weaker it gets relative to other abilities.
Probably running on a Pentium 4
huh, the sim stops bladestorm for CS not MS

Sim-C Arms API haven't been updated in a while, you cancel BS for MS and / or CS.
Just hit 90 and have the 569 BoA Agi polearm, and what point should i replace it with a str weapon, LFR or Flex?

Once you get a 569 or higher I-lvl Str weapon.
Weapon damage > stats. Even if it was an int weapon, as long as it has a higher Damage output you should use it.
