It isn't tasty. I hate the taste of alcohol... and I say this after having been in a fraternity (student club is perhaps the better word since we allowed all genders) for over 4 years... where we binge drank ourselves into oblivion almost every evening during cantus and pub games. Still not sure how I survived all that.

While I agree with you about alchohol, a good cocktail and a cold beer are always ideal..I too once did not know enlightenment, but forced myself to learn after many situations where beer and wine were the only available beverages... Though I would rather drink hobo urine than a glass of wine still!

Now for a scientific debate, cereal grains were not introduced into our diets (at least European (and thus or colony America)) until the Holocene (around 7000-8000 bp during the Neolithic transition from hunter/gatherer society to agricultural society, in this time can one really be genetically disposed to cereal grains?
