They confirmed already that T20 will be inspired by T6 sets. And whatever this is, it doesnt even come close to the BT set.

It does actually. It looks like an upgraded voodoo version of the t6 set.

Trolls on the other hand, quite a bit.

Same stuff as with Tauren Paladins, hardly any Paladin Set looks decent on Tauren, simply because Paladin is mostly inspired by Human / Draenei.

Wish they would stick to Elemental themed sets instead of race. Really HATE the Troll stuff, not a Troll player. I know there are those that do play Troll so glad they get their moment in the sun. Just wish I could get the Dark Shaman set...then I wouldn't really care...

The current tier set is all about elements, and what does Dark Shaman set have to do with elements? That's a race set too. =/

This is just concept art, it may not end up being used in Legion, or even at all. Some armour sets are designed years before they're actually used.
