Hopefully Blizz listens. they got a good char here and she needs some adjustments.

I received a day one ORAS demo code. I am a chosen one.
She needs more health/armor, IMO. I disagree that she needs to be "faster"; Rein is slow as balls, outside of his Charge, which is usually used for an aggressive push or a short-range murder-hug. The entire concept of an "anchor tank" is that the team orients themselves around that tank, not that they push ahead of the tank and the tank gets left behind. With more personal health, she'd have better personal sustain, and wouldn't need the shield for personal defense nearly as much (which she's kind of pushed into, now, which diminishes its utility).
Another 100 health or armor would probably go a long way, putting her in the same league as Reinhardt.
I, personally, like the idea that Tyrodin had for the hero: Allow her to redeploy her shield (maintaining it's current health) for the duration of it.
So as long as the shield is not broken, she should be able to redeploy it at another location (while keeping the current health it has) allowing her to more easily fill the "anchor" tank role that Blizzard wants her to be.
Right now the reason why Reinhardt will always be the anchor tank is due to the reliability of his shield. You know where it'll be, because he IS the shield. With Orisa, you make a mistake and suddenly your shield is on CD, Rein can just right click to his hearts content. This would also allow Orisa to more reliably protect her team from ultimates like a D.va self-destruct. Currently so long as Reinhardt doesn't break his shield (and a good Rein should never let his shield hit 0...) he can fully block any ultimate. Even if it only has 1hp left, a well timed right click will save the day. With Orisas shield....that wont be the case. It has a CD, and a rather lengthy one if that shield isn't in the proper spot.
So yeah...that one little tweak would probably make her a completely viable alternative to Reinhardt without having her replace him.
There is a thin line between not knowing and not caring, and I like to think that I walk that line every day.
Not criticizing people's personal feedback, but I do hope you are putting it on official forums and feedback forums specifically for the PTR. Blizzard did release a statement at one point saying the reason Bastion went thru the way he did was because of lack of feedback. A lot of people play on the PTR, but a very small percent actually post about it and any bugs/issues they experience.
We see so many people talk about how Blizzard doesn't listen to feedback, but also remember, 10 people posting their experiences (while thousands might read it and agree) is probably something like .1% of the people who actually played the PTR.
MAke your voices heard.
I tend to find the official forum is a tornado of idiots and an earthquake of trolls. You make a legit post to improve the game like leaving the name of the random arcade game up longer so you can tell the difference between random heroes, mayhem and mobawatch and a second later it is buried on page 7 behind 10,000 "OMG I play X and Y counters X so nerf X!" Posts.
If you push a button that finds you a 'random group' and it gives you a random group of people with random skill and random knowledge then you have no right to complain that a 'random group' button did what it was designed to do. The fault lies in your inability to make friends to play with instead of relying on a button designed to be random. It is a 'random group' button, not a 'best of the best' button.
What I'd like to see is either having experience shared between the PTR and the live game. We've got custom matches on live now, so people are able to do shenanigans anyway, and if you shared XP between the two, you'd incentivize more people to play on the PTR; testing Orisa right now wouldn't be without rewards.
I *would* turn off the bonus lootboxes from brawls, on the PTR, so there isn't two sets of those you can farm. And lootboxes opened and coins spent on the PTR wouldn't carry over to live, so you could still use those for testing purposes without hurting your main account. We're just talking about the base XP for playing matches, so playing matches on the PTR is just as rewarding as playing on live.
I actively avoid the PTR outside of a couple matches now and then to personally test something, and that's just to get a personal feel, not test it against opponents. I played 4 or 5 matches with the Bastion changes, and I've played 2 or 3 with Orisa, and I probably won't go back to the PTR. I would, if my XP gains were carried over, and I'd feel more able to give proper feedback with more testing done.
Same was true of the WoW PTR, but it had a bigger community, and progression raiders looking for World/Server Firsts had to be on the PTR to practice, so they got plenty of action there. Overwatch just doesn't have that same drive, which is why they're not getting feedback; playing on the PTR is disincentivized.
Did post it in a couple of threads, but as has been noted those sorts of threads get lost very quickly, especially over the weekend when moderation is non existent.
Seems a lot of people are echoing the same thoughts though. She's not a great anchor but supplements Reinhardt and Zarya so well that it's hard to know where to buff her. 100 HP wouldn't be game breaking any more than her existence is, and she will need it when people aren't using Rein.
Ugly or not, I'm pumped for a new Tank =)
Have to search this one up. Pinkie Pie is allways worth it just for the LOLs.
This is the fun thing about Blizz Games, the references. Even after years and years of playing you missed at least 50.
Bummer, didnt sell a ChimmyCherry...or CherryChanga....or ChimmyCherryChanga.....what do you think sounds best?
Also, cant wait to test Orisa, even when in the first week all games are 6 v 6 Orisa.....
