I'd check if you have some form of malabsorption. Do you have IBS or something similar? I know due to my Crohn's Disease, I cannot absorb B12 in my gut so I need to get injections for it. You only need around around 3 mcg a day B12 to keep the body fully supplied, so yeah, you're defo overdosing on B12 dude.

Burpropion since I was young and the difference it has made is staggering.

Used to take Ritalin during medical school but thankfully that intense of a study period is in the past.

I used bupropion (wellbutrin) to try quit smoking once. It was terrible for me, even at the tiny dose of welbutrin. Strange how those kinds of drugs have such different effects on people. I did succeed in quitting smoking at least. For about two years. Then I started again.

Why assume, it's normal to consume pills, apart from vitamins/minerals??

Ibuprofen as needed. Claritin a few weeks a year. Multivitamin when I remember, which is about twice a week.

    This guy gets it!

In all realness, I used to be addicted to smoking weed (Yes, I'm prepared for my inbox to be full of people going "OMG YOU CAN'T BE ADDICTED TO THAT!" Even though there's food and porn addictions.

Anyway, realized I was getting nowhere in life and I'm in a much, MUCH better place now. Haven't smoked in almost two years.

Two big ass Janumet XR tablets once a day. I get the runs 4 times a week because of it. Type 2 diabetes runs rampant through my family. I stand 6 feet 2 inches at 220lbs so I could stand to lose like 30 pounds. Stuff tastes good though...
You make me smile with my heart.

I got the holy trinity of

    1. Carisoprodol (Somas) - A very strong muscle relaxant for my back spasms
    2. Xanax - A very strong Benzodiazepine for my anxiety
    3. Vicodin (Hydrocodone) - A strong opiate pain reliever for my bad back

I started on Citalopram but along with the weight gain it didn't really help much. Mine is a typical clinical depression with no underlying cause for it other than biochemical imbalances.

As for quitting smoking it can be rough. There are other medial alternatives for it other than Wellbutrin but I think a combination of medication and habit changes work best. Also depending on your social circle or whether you're a stress smoker can make a difference as well when it comes to dropping the habit.

That must be quite debilitating if you're having it take both benzos and an opiate .

Yeah I would recommend against it as well. And if possible when the pain is manageable then to take drug holidays until needed.

Aspirin or paracetamol when I have a headache / cold
I have enough of EA ruining great franchises and studios, forcing DRM and Origin on their games, releasing incomplete games only to sell day-1 DLCs or spill dozens of DLCs, and then saying it, and microtransactions, is what players want, stopping players from giving EA games poor reviews, as well as deflecting complaints with cheap PR tricks.

I'm not going to buy any game by EA as long as they continue those practices.

Currently none. I'm sure it'll change when I'm old.
