Ok, this is my DK lvl 80 Vyx on Alleria US , I usually just get what gear i can when i can because i dont have a lot of time to play. I pug icc10/25 every week so i dont get too picky about my gear. But, I would like some advice on what i should work on or replace. Thanks in advance.

I can't find any "Vyx" on that realm, however there are a few dks named vyx on other realms, so if you could try to link ur armory it would help alot :P

well for starters you are waaay over hitcap, try replacing that trinket :P
4set for dk is good, you should try to get the tier head and hands

also your gemming is abit odd. you want ur 10stats in your chest instead of legs, as to get the setbonus for legs u need a orange gem aswell, so the bonus will be weaker. 10str 10 crit is also better for frost than 10str 10 haste
try to get a 2. profession aswell, i recommend JC or engineering.

your spec is a tad wrong aswell, even when gemming STR nearly all ur dmg is physical, so 4 points in increase frost dmg done isnt that good, you only want 2 points there to move on to the 3. tier and put the 2 extra points in either 2x chill of the grave if u find urself RP starved, or 1 point in chill of the grave and 1 in subversion. frost threat is stupid atm so 1 point in sub is handy.

swap your wep enchant, razorice is better in mainhand than FC.

also try to replace ur offhand, you want a slow weapon in both ur slots, as all ur dmg is based on weapon dmg, a 251 offhand will do u better than the gunship 25 man one.

it will also be a slight dpsincrease replacing all ur 20str gems thats in yellow gem slots, with 10str 10 crit ones.

First I would like to say thank you Deathmoan for your help. I also had a question about my trinket, do you think it would be a good idea to purchase a Greatness card to replace the mark of supremacy with until I can snag a DBW from icc?

deathbringers will, icc10 deathwisper or deaths choice are all good choices. greatness is a waste of gold atm.
yes ofc only socket when u get the bonuses :P

Replaced meta with agility meta and get rid of gem in belt (10 str/15 stam). Use t10 pants to expertise cap and replace glove enchant. Get run speed to boots. Everything else looks fine.

1. I am currently exp. capped given my racials, and Tundra Stalker. I am 21 on axe, and 18 sword, I believe. The glove enchant gets me that exp. cap, so I left it and subbed in extra AP with the feet instead of movement. Why get the Exp from pants and speed from boots (sincere question)?
2. I am looking to respec my talents: adding UA, drop Deathchill, add EW, lower Black Ice... I had a more standard build, but found dps gains with this build... I am going to try the standard now that gear has changed significantly to see if I will see gains. Can anyone comment?

Tundra stalker appears on your character sheet, so you're under the cap (26). Speed on boots is just the best enchant. Moving faster is > a little bit of AP. Always get UA.. I have no idea why people wouldn't get that.
Edit: Ravenous Dead > Morbidity, and I'd put at least 1 in Chill of the Grave (take point out of Black Ice).

In addition to the recommendations he has, for further gear aims, try for even regular Frost Giant's Cleaver offhand instead of Soulbreaker. Rotface 10 also drops an amazing belt that puts the bad badge one to shame, so aim for that or the one off Valithria 25man. The neck has to go also. For frost, you're over optimal hitcap, and go back to using Sigil of Virulence for most fights. Unless you're doing nonstop dps, Hanged man sucks.

Stop gemming +20 hit. Use Ametrines to get capped. Put your nightmare's tear in your chest. Put the dreadstone in your pants along with an Ametrine to activate the socket bonus.

You still have your Frost glyphs :P
