My enter text box in the chat window used to open when I pressed the "/" key, but has recently stopped doing that, and it's bugging me. Does anyone know if I can enable this through some kind of in-game setting, or would it require an addon?

Check your keybinds.
It's enabled by default, you must have (accidentally) changed something.
