Need help with my minecraft server

Hey guys. So basicly iv bought this minecraft server for my second time on clanforge, but this time it is using a some sort of admin mod called "bukkit".
I am unable to use any commands and would like to turn into hmod instead, but how do i do that? :/

hmod is largely unused nowdays as bukkit is far superior. as for commands ... they are the most basic that they can be. have you defined yourself as an OP on the server?
