Rerolling, dps!

I'm rerolling from a blood tank to a assa rogue, ret paladin or unholy/frost death knight. I just need some help which one I should go with. Played blood tank since the launch of wotlk and grown tired of it, so I wish to reroll with a friend of mine. He'll be playing feral DPS, but I'm not quite sure of what I'll go with..

All of them got crappy dps gear, but I got the gold and time to gear them up. I'm just not quite sure what to pick.. Help me mmo champs and I'll bake you a cake..

From a pure dps stance, a feral druid compliments a mut rogue nicely, with 5% extra crit, and 30% extra bleed damage taken.
