Rift account management is down

I just bought the game for my brother and when we were about to login, it went down. is it my comp or account can someone else login?

I hope is nothing to do with the fact that I first logged in on my mac then switch to my PC.

As of 5:45pm EST, account management is running fine. Don't know if it could have been down earlier or not. Compared to Blizz, Trion/Rift were pretty much always accessible for me. 15-45 minutes of downtime for the game during patches, 5-10 minute server restarts, and as best I can remember, there were never issues with account management during those times for me.
