my faith in blizzard pvp ahs been restored and now just fix some classes and you will rock even more, this change means you wont have to do arena for conquest points or do lame 5 mans to get valor to convert to conquest

this change would be alot better if horde didnt lose 90 percent of the bgs ive did though.maybe i could actually farm full conquest point gear thru bgs(i dont arena or rated bg)then
Now make it that your first 7 wins give you conquest of a daily, like for dungeons and I'll be a happy camper.
I'm pleased about the Conquest changes, admittedly for selfish reasons. Farming HKs will become much more rewarding for my alts, that's for sure. The Valor changes are going to make players carefully consider between 10m and 25m raiding. With equal non-gear rewards being offered, 10m becomes the more attractive option imo.
good its about time random bg's got love there the first and the best version of pvp im glad of this change all arena has done to wow is make ppl go elitst and if u dnt have a certain number then you suck they should remove arena from wow and have it just for tournaments and stuff

Conquest changes are nice, people who only wanna do random BGs with friends wont be severely undergeared compared to people who do arena / RBGs now.

Yet currently in PvE content you can get the cap entirely from the "lower" tier, being just heroic dungeons.
But in PvP you cannot earn the conquest cap, or even anything remotely close to even the normal heroic dungeon quota from random unrated battlegrounds.
They are moving closer together rather than further apart.
A real incentive to win the random battlegrounds instead of substantial numbers farming honor or humping the meters is a nice incentive, even if it is the wrong way to go about it.
Though the real changes needed are ones that blizzard are simply not willing to go through with.
Conquest Points for winning normal battlegrounds is pretty much the best change ever. Might even bring me back in 4.3 together with the allure of being able to raid on my own schedule with the raid finder.
10 man raids are only easier in the sense that you don't need as many people to do one (obviously). A few fights are easier in 10 man as you have more room to maneuver. However, 25 mans are quite a bit more forgiving if you lose people. A lot of times in a 10 man raid, especially learning new fights, if you lose more than one person, it's a wipe. 25s can lose possibly up to 5 people and still kill a boss depending on who those people were and when they died during the fight.
The reason 25 mans aren't run more often is the work required to put them together and keep them going. Most of the times, fights are easier with 25 people. Why do you think the top guilds run 25 mans over 10 mans?
