Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

I know its a youtube video and only goes to 720p, and I think the source video is lower than that, but still the gear looks really terrible, particularly the robe, it looks like a muddy mess. Is this what it looks like ingame, or just bad video quality?

Hard to tell, you would have to know what kind of settings the person taking the vid had, maybe he has a crap computer and can only play it on the lower settings.

I think the armor preview might be set to display low quality or something. If you look at the armor the guy is actually wearing (and the shopkeeper etc) its much crisper and cleaner looking than what's being shown in the preview.

I've noticed the armor is very low resolution in comparision to the environment/actual player models too. It looks odd, the texture popins are annoying as hell too.
