1. Thrall in the Desire part of his questline in 4.2 stated that he wanted a family with Aggra
2. Alex touched her stomach
3. Alex spoke of life and a new generation of mortals
4. Alex is the frigging Life-binder, she's the Aspect of Life
If those hints (and possibly others I didn't state) doesn't guarantee about 99% that Aggra is pregnant, then you can forever call me a noob, idiot, fool, assclown or whatever you want if she doesn't give birth in a few months lorewise (presumably).
But for now I'll say, you sir, deserve this...

Normally you don't place your hand of a girls belly unless there is something inside it. This indicates tehre is a Baby inside.
