    Question [Solved] help identifying addon

Hello, I would like some help identify the circled addon in this screenshot. I've tried going through the addons and locking/unlock bars, but I seem to be missing something since I still can't figure out what addon this is =x

    The addons I'm using are:
    Accountant
    Archy
    ArkInventory
    AtlasLoot
    Bartender4
    Classtimer
    Clique
    Collectme
    DBM spell timers
    DBM
    Grid2
    GTFO
    Icehud
    MSBT
    OmniCC
    Overachiever
    Powerauras
    Prat
    Quartz
    Rarity
    Ratingbuster
    Recount
    Sell-O-Matic
    Squeenix
    Sunn Viewport
    Tidyplates
    Tiptac

Thanks in advanced for your help :3

thats something above your cast bar, you cant move that little bar, you have to move your whole castbar.

Since you solved it I'm locking the thread, for some reason people like to keep posting "its quartz" for a few pages even though the thread is filled with it.

In the future you can always type /fstack and hover your mouse over some addon frame and it should tell you some useful information to identify it.
