LF Addon that reduces Opacity @ Procs

So yeah ive seen a lot of mages vid,there is an addon-option or w.e i got no idea,that reduces Opacity @ Finger of Frost,Brain Freeze,Impact proc , any idea how can i make that?

I would look at a guide to power auras and start using it to track procs, You can completely manipulate size, opacity, and if you get decent with it, can track other things you like to keep an eye on.

The UI itself has an option for the opacity. I believe it's under Interface -> Combat.
