Does the Burning Shadowspirit Diamond (54int and 3% increased Crit Effect) apply to healing crits. I know in the past i did not, but now i hear that it does. Does anyone know for sure? thx

Yes. It does. This was changed in 4.3 to effect all spell crits, opposed from just damaging ones.

screw it, 8 of the front pages and i found no proof. but that's not the full compilation of information. there's still more information that didn't make patch notes that was changed.

I don't think it was covered on the front page/patch notes but it definitely does now.

Previously it said
"3% Increased Critical Damage"

and now it states
"3% Increased Critical Effect"

So the confirmation is in the gem
