Help. New Build. No POST. No BIOS.

Hello, I recently built a computer for a friend. This is my sixth build, so i know all the connections are proper. But, i never took any classes on PC troubleshooting or anything so when something goes wrong, google has my answer normally. However, with this specific computer whenever i try to boot it, it powers on, the Motherboard lights turn on, the fans turn on, the GPU fans turn on, but i get no POST beep, and no BIOS display.

My initial thought was a bad motherboard, so i returned it and got a replacement. The replacement didn't work because for some reason the AM3+ socket it had didn't support FX series processors. (WTF -_-) But, now i have a 100% compatible board and i still get the same error. So what could be the issue?

Here's links to all the components.

To enable AM3+ AMD FX-Series CPU support, please update your motherboard with the most current BIOS found in your motherboard’s download section.
Their site doesn't make it sound like it ships with an updated BIOS.

Sounds like it could be the Memory, do you have some you know that work you could try?

Aye it looks like you have to update the motherboards BIOS prior to installing the FX chip. Unfortunately the only way to do this is to use a different AM3 CPU, flash the new BIOS, and install the new FX chip.

I had to do the same thing when I purchased my motherboard and CPU, ended up borrowing a compatible CPU from a buddy of mine.

Is the 12 volts plug on the motherboard connected? Have you tried taking out the motherboard battery?

    How would I flash BIOS?

You need a non Bulldozer CPU that is AM3 to do it.
