I've got some lag issues.

First of all I'd like to say Happy new year and I hope you all had a lovely 2011.

Now in Star Wars: The Old Republic I've got some strange lag issues.
It's all on low and It's okay. But my memory is using 90% of it's total when I have swtor open.

Computer specs:
Grafic card: ati radeon HD 5700 series

Processor: phenom II x4 955 processor

Ram: Kingston 4gb.

Connection: 200mbit.

Not sure what else to link. Please poke me if you need some more info

The "Shadows" functioning in the game is currently bugged. Turn it off in the graphics settings and you should see a significant increase in frames per second.

I used to lag alot try this

1) Turn all your graphic to High.

2) Turn all your graphic to low.

that fixed my problem , even to i was running at low graphic at start , if you're running at high graphic i suggest you to turn them to low and put them back to high.
