Xsplit settings help

I need to know what settings are best for my xsplit because I can not find any good ones for me

Computer specs:
Processor: Intel i5 (3.3 ghz)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600
Video Card: ATI Radeon 6870 1 GB DDR5

Speedtest closest to my location: 29 ms ping | Download 24.77 | Upload 3.12
Speedtest to Miami FL: (Closest Justin.tv server) Download 8.63 | Upload 3.14

Can provide any other information if I missed anything

I have seen people with similar specs and same internet stream in good quality

Own3d helped me get things started with this guide, I don't know if it's the best out there but I did learn something.

There's a built-in connection speed test when you change the quality of your stream that will check if your internet can handle the settings you have chosen. Try to pick as high as possible and then lower it until you get a green light.
