    Apparently the ban email that was being shown was a fake. Still, given BW's propensity to ban first and ask questions later, I would still avoid using this bug to your advantage.

    Except that almost all of those "Ban first" situations were also fake.

    Many, but not all. There are certainly accounts that have received suspensions for their actions in Ilum that are valid.

    Yeap, and they deserved it. Mainly for leaving out the fact that they were flipping the zone to force node respawning.

    On topic, I have not been able to recreate this bug.

    I'm still going to avoid using emotes to bug out bosses so they can't cast on me. I'll take my chances just defeating things the normal way.
