Well my guess is combination of Nyarlathotep(N') and Zoth-Ommog(Zoth), Cthulhu's third son. So basically expect tentacled-green glowing malignant giant with wings and OFCOURSE - faceless :-) Badasssssssssss :-D

Gigantic, two arms, two legs, a head with no face whatsoever and a huge mess of tentacles. May or may not have fins and/or flippers. By gigantic I mean makes Deathwing look like a toy poodle. Fat and bulbous body, covered in randomly placed spiracles. Slimy, gangrenous flesh studded with patches of barnacles and rotting sea life.

Yeah. That's how I'd do it.

possably a giant spiral shell squid type of thing, but with a spiked shell, tons of tentacles ofc xD evil looking... mass glow around it... atleast -IF- it's a sea-based old god that is, if not, i have no freaking clue
