[A] <Elemental Oblivion> US Staghelm 25M Raiding Guild 1/8 Heroic LFM

As stated in the header Elemental Oblivion is a 25 man Alliance guild on the Staghelm server we are currently looking for a Resto Druid, Enhancement Shaman and a Warlock to join us in continuing into heroic Dragon Soul content. A majority of our guild is consisted of long time Staghelm players who have shown dedication and loyalty to the server and whatever guild they were ever a part of. We value self accountability (a high attendance rate is wanted), and a strong willingness to be part of the guild atmosphere. Many of us are longtime friends and we like to have a good time while we raid but I ensure you we will still be killing as much content as possible.

Our Raid Days & Times: Tues, Thurs, Mon 7:30-11:00 server.

Current Content Progression: 1/8 Heroic

Guild Perks: Guild Repairs for raider status players, ability to make crafted pieces upon request when needed, guild cauldrons & feasts supplied by guild.

Loot Distribution: We run a loot council that factors in attendance rate, overall loot count & history for the current raid content, set bonuses (when this is a factor), and performance.
