Well if i click on install in the steam store or if i try to click on the desktop icon that got put there it says this for both "Steam servers are currently too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes. Been saying that since Wednesday.

This is the error that happens every time i try to install the guide and the question i asked on the steam about it Wednesday has yet to be answered. I figured this would give a better idea to people of the error.
This MAY fix the problem.
Exit steam and go to your steam folder and delete ClientRegistry.blob
Reload steam and it will start to update. Once it's finished try and download again.
TMS i looked at your other posts and you are just sad with some of the crap you say.

Nope didnt help unfortunately.
Go to settings, download +Cloud, and then change your download region. Keep changing it until you find one that works.
Give that a shot.
Try that also.Refresh the Steam Caches:
Exit the Steam client application.
Browse to the Steam installation folder ("C:\Program Files\Steam" by default).
Delete the folders "AppCache" and "Config".
Optionally, you can also choose to delete the individual game folder(s):
"\...\Steam\Steamapps\Common\<Game folder name>"
Reboot computer and <Right-Click> "Steam.exe" and select [Run As Administrator]
Log-in to your account as prompted. Re-test the issue.

Oh and I had a feeling The Mind Sculptor would get banned haha.
Wow it was set to Chicago instead of the Atlanta it should have been. But none of the US servers worked for me. I hope Steam answers my question soon, i wouldnt be worried about it but my wife got it for me for my b-day and she feels kinda bad i cant use it and i just want it to work since she paid for it.

I emailed Prima yesterday, and im still waiting on an answer from them and Steam. I tried all the stuff in that forum link and nothing and it seems like this is not just an isolated issue either. Oh well hope it gets fixed.

I did find a way to view the guide in Firefox whih is a bit better than having to view the guide while in game and having to shift+tab.
