Easy, immortality without any tricks like still keep aging or can be killed by saying my name backwards or other nasty surprises:P

Probably something like infinite knowledge on everything. Or stuff that would allow me to do that (as someone said, being able to read really fast and retain whatever knowledge I learn). KNowing everything about everything would rock. My brain would probably explode as well.

My wish would be to take control of the Earth. Much like a dictatorship with socialist/capitalist ideology. Primary focus of my rule would be to dedicate the human species to a space faring society. I can go in depth about how I would lead this dictatorship and what society would be like but you get the idea. I want to control the world and take us to space.

A book that could only be opened by me and I could never lose or have stolen that could give me knowledge on anything. So essentially I could use it to find out how to become immortal, find more lamps for more wishes, how the universe started, etc :P

Well, depending on how you define the part of your brain that you're "using", we may not precisely be using 100% all the time. However, the old "you only use 10% of your brain" line is pure falsehood, no matter how you define or measure usage. As far as I know, it wasn't even originally a misinterpretation of some scientific result, it's just something someone made up because it sounded good.

Technology for readily available extremely cheap environmentally friendly limitless controllable portable power generation.

I could see a lot of conflict in the world going away as a result of this. It would also put me out of a job, along with millions of others, but I think we could probably build new industries to make up for it. Imagine all the things we could do if energy costs were simply taken out of the equation.
