    Just use CauterizeCooldown, or the Cauterize function of CombustionHelper. Tracks when it goes off, and has an icon that will shopw up IF it's on CD with a timer.

    Yes it is, classify it as a debuff with the full name etc. I have a big fat red skull fill my entire screen when it procs

    Edit: Yeah I got the question wrong, you can track the cooldown with http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/cauterizecooldown
