Game Downloads Deal of the Week

I just discovered that Amazon.com is having a "Game Downloads Deal of the Week", I was looking foward to get some of them but sadly it would seems like it's only available in the USA. Is anyone aware if such a promotion exist in Europe? I guess I might just simply give a fake delivery address when buying them since they are digital downloads, but I thought I could ask first. :3

I think that this should be the right section, also I'm pretty sure that it's not again the rulement to post about a promotion of a certain site :/
