Virtual intelligence, female robot, I dont want to die!

So to explain the title:

Im trying to find again a video i saw not too long ago.
Its a completely CGI video i would guess, and its very well made, and actually got me thinking abit. But unfortunately, I didnt bookmark it and now I cant find it again

The video covers the creation of a Artificial intelligence female robot, the assembly of it, prelimineray testing (testing language skills etc.) and then as the bot is being disassembled again since a flaw was found (emotions I believe was the flaw), she pleeds with her creator to not do so, culminating in the robot expressing fear, and saying it doesnt want to die. Upon which the crator feels sympathy and chooses to let the robot "live".

Now I cant for the life of me remember what the video is called, where i saw it, and who made it, so i've basicly been searching with no luck.
Really want to find this video again, hoping the fine people here can assist!
