That mine south of Goldshire. Those Kobolds kicked my ass.
East of Goldshire, fucking murlocs. Can't believe I remember that.
Sen Jin Village with the Scorpions LOL!
Goldtooth mine, same as Teriz, man they kicked my ass as well ^^
The spider cave in teldrassil
The Furbolgs just outside Shadowglen as a Night Elf Rogue.
They tore me a new one...
Steve Irwin died the same way he lived. With animals in his heart.
Questing in caves were a nightmare. My first death was in that cave filled with Imps and Felhunters in northern Valley of Trials. My first death on my second character was in the Furbolg cave in Teldrassil. Didn't really help that I managed to stick my combat log in the middle of the screen on the first char, and the second char was a hunter. A hunter who lagged balls and had 2-4 Furbolgs on him every time he spawned.. (My friend made me terrified of using the Spirit Healer, he said it'd break your gear forever. >_<)
Cave Cave Deus Videt
Early vanilla wow, Mulgore, Tauren hunter. I tried to shoot mobs from melee range and got annihilated by a bunch of wolves.
I logged out and didnt come back for almost two weeks. D
Oh gosh.. How do you people remember this stuff? :< I think it was in STV , not sure though.
I started right at the start of Vanilla.. and I remember my first time dying was in Silverpine to a Son of Arugal... I was scared shitless of Silverpine for a very long time, and use to do everything I could to avoid those guys when leveling alts.
For my young Night Elf druid, it wasn't the spider cave. It wasn't the Furbolgs. It was the FUCKING HARPIES. Those BITCHES casted a Wrath which took off 30% of your total HP...so yeah. THOSE. FUCKING. HARPIES.
I jumped off teldrassil.
Some very angry skeletonmobs that hit way too hard for their level in The Scar in belf-land.
I always find it funny that dying in wows feels worse than dying for real.
I Registered only so I could reply to this thread because I remember it so very vividly.
I had just made an orc Warrior during the beta, and me and my friend decided to hop on for the very first time. Ignoring all common sense and quest givers and what not, we ran out of valley of trials and found ourselves our very first target.
A level 6 Scorpion. We were level one. We got crushed to shit .
God, how epic it feels to remember this 7 years later when I don't even play the game any more.
Mine was Ghostlands to the undead in the undead scar. They raped my mage. Raped him.
in a cave in Dun Morogh,
my Dwarf Warrior.
