This is it as it stands now and i love the minimalist feel to it but need something to smooth out those rough edges. Like backgrounds on the bartender bars and maybe something for the chat/recount.
If you mean a skin for the buttons on bartender bar, you need Masque plus whatever Masque skin catches your fancy.
If you mean a panel behind a bartender bar, like a colored box or a graphic, you want kgPanels.
For chat, not sure what you need feature wise in particular but plenty of chat mods here: http://www.vranx.com/chat.htm
Recount I'm assuming you mean skinning wise. Recount skinning isn't super easy out of the box though I think it gives you the option to change textures of bars within it and font used. Anything else is a little more involved and requires modifying the addon itself a bit. Certainly doable and plenty of people do it, but I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner.
Dunno if i was just being a tool or it's due to it being out of date currently but i tried that kgPanels and had a hard time getting the panels to be where i wanted. Is there no way to move the panels by dragging on in real time? Was basically having to guess with co ordinates :\
