I just really like the simplicity of the WoW default UI and I think TukUI takes that, makes it look nicer, and makes some needed adjustments.
And it leaves a lot of room for personal changes, although I don't plan to make any.
Elvui - clean, simple to use.
ElvUI, cannot imagine playing without it.
I recently replaced my old selfmade UI with ElvUI. Couldn't be happier! :-)
I use tukui (except for unit frames, shadowd unit frames all the way) and i am very happy with it. So my vote goes to tuk
ElvUI, used quite a lot of addons to get a similar result before.. but the hassle of updating caused me to switch to elv..
I dislike the fact its not updatable through the curse client anymore, so i might change when things start to break (cuz i forgot to go to their site to get a update ) ;P
I have played with TukUI for several years, I am now trying ElvUI, and I can say I prefer ElvUI.
It's very simple to set up, I don't need to check the foruns, for random tweaks, and it seems lightweight.
ElvUI all the way

CoheSion i think is the edit of Elv UI
Currently using RealUI, but of those two I have to say Tuk.
The more minimal, the better.
Is going to the website really so hard that you people complaining about it being off the curse client will quit using the addon?
