    At it again

Hello guys I am sorry for asking all of you and bugging I am trying to figure out a computer for a friend and its driving me crazy. I have a strict budget of 550$ Lets create a build w/o an OS, because so far we think we have windows 7. I am confused as to most graphics card say minimum of a 500w powersupply yet some 450's will work. I need everything but the OS and peripherals. Our budget is 550$ I would like to keep it on the amazon and newegg. And with no mail in rebates because those sometimes are a hassle. We are just looking for general usage and D3. and other minor games like LoL
Thank you guys and some of the motherboards i have chosen dont fit 1600mhz ram. So if you get 1600mhz of ram on a 1333 mobo what would happen. Thanks. I would like to know why you chose that build and would you buy it for yourself if you are on a strict budget yourself.

I don't know why you PM'ed me asking for this a couple days ago and are now posting this here

I still stick by what I suggested to you. If you can't do mail in rebates just select the 2 pieces in this build and buy from the non-rebate places. It should only cost ~20 more

I couldn't figure out if he needed a HDD or not (he said he had a disk drive) so i included it. If that's not the case he can "splurge" that money on a CPU upgrade. As mentioned YES I know the links show other sites than Aamazon and NewEgg but click on the actual links and you'll see it's prices from those sites.

Combined with the 1333MHz RAM? No problem at all.
