Monitor issues, black around screen.

Hey, just got a new ssd today so installed it and then reinstalled windows 7 and all my drivers. I've got a ati radeon hd 5700 video card, just got done with those drivers and let wow install but I noticed I have nearly a inch of black on the side of my screen and a bout a half inch on the top and bottom, this is during the game and out of the game. Checked my resolution and its the same as I had with my old ssd 1920x1080 so I'm kinda stuck on what to try next to fix this problem.

Edit: But I know its gotta be something with the resolution, because when I try 800x600 it fits the whole screen.

Ok thanks that fixed it right away.
